We changed the RO membranes not long ago, and all of a sudden there was green stuff inside both first‑stage and second‑stage concentrate flow meters.

This client is a local Shanghai pharmaceutical company, they mainly make eye‑care medicine. Their whole water treatment system is quite small, so it basically does not come with a regular chemical dosing system. Faced with this situation, we finally told the customer just pour the chemicals directly into the raw water tank.

Judging from its green look, it was mostly algae growing. So we did shock dosage with non‑oxidizing biocide, and the issue got fixed pretty easy later.
